The technician serves as the first checkpoint for food safety and quality assurance, performing quantitative measurements and environmental sampling. They are responsible for monitoring GMP adherence, conducting facility inspections, and delivering FSQA training to associates.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in protein product manufacturing utilizing GFSI standards. Preferred qualifications include HACCP or PCQI certifications and an associate degree.

As a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Technician, you will act as the first checkpoint in the food safety and quality assurance program. Reporting to the FSQA Supervisor, you will work closely with the Production, Packaging and Receiving teams to uphold our FSQA standards at the facility. This will involve quantitative measurements, environmental and product sampling, inspection of incoming raw materials and observation of the production/packaging process.
