As a construction team member, you will learn to install foundation repair solutions while adhering to all safety standards. You will progress from an installer to a lead role based on your skill development and crew efficiency.
No prior construction experience is required as full training is provided from the ground up. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong willingness to learn and master the trade.

High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members earn an average of $35–$55/hour total compensation. There’s no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success!
