Seeking an HVAC Service Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems (gas, electric, heat pumps, and ductless). You will provide technical solutions, educate customers on upgrades, and manage digital invoicing via iPad.

Key Responsibilities

· Technical: Diagnose and repair diverse HVAC issues; calibrate systems to manufacturer specifications.

· Sales, Service & Marketing: Educate customers on maintenance agreements, proactive repairs and equipment replacement.

· Admin: Use an iPad for invoicing and dispatch communication; document equipment data.

· Logistics: Maintain a stocked service vehicle and adhere to a professional schedule.

· Focus: Actively grow/maintain customer base by providing top quality service with honesty and integrity.

Requirements

· Residential HVAC service technician experience is a plus.

· Clean driving record and valid license.

· Ability to pass background and drug screenings.

· Strong communication and basic computer skills.

Work Details

· Full-time hours with overtime and weekends required based on business needs.

· Requires independent, fast-paced work and strict adherence to safety rules.
Qualifications5+ years experience as an HVAC residential service technician. Must have a valid driver license and clean driving history. Able to pass a background and drug screening
