The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in executing daily operations, achieving sales goals, and maintaining store standards. They are also responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of Health Enthusiasts to provide excellent customer service.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of retail experience, with retail management experience preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
