The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving sales goals and leading a team of Health Enthusiasts to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include recruiting talent, maintaining store operations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and wellness.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of retail experience, with retail management experience preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
