Deliver exceptional outpatient client care by conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Maintain a consistent caseload while providing evidence-based psychotherapy and completing compliant clinical documentation.
Requires a Master's Degree in a counseling-related field and licensure (or eligibility) as an LPCC, LICSW, LP, or LMFT in Minnesota. Candidates must have experience working with populations such as children, adolescents, trauma, or neurodivergence.

The Relationship Therapist Center is looking for Specialty Therapists to join our team!
As a Specialty Therapist with The Relationship Therapy Center, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a remote setting. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Full benefits package available for W2 Employees billing an average of 20+ client hours/week as outlined below:
