The Junior Accounts Payable Coordinator will manage full-cycle payables, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and travel expense functions. They will also assist with month-end reconciliations and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and possess at least two years of recent accounts payable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Sage Intacct are highly preferred.

Pace Gallery is seeking a full-time Junior Accounts Payable Coordinator for our Finance team. The Junior AP Coordinator will report to the Accounting Manager and will be a vital member of a collaborative finance team in which they will be responsible for the accounts payable and travel expense functions for the US and its subsidiary galleries, including both vendor payments and sales-related settlement payments.
