Candidates need 5-10 years of experience in industrial automation and proficiency in major PLC and SCADA platforms. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program is preferred.
Control Assemblies is seeking a hands-on Advanced Control Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in Plymouth, MN lead the full lifecycle of industrial automation projects — from initial scope and quote through commissioning and client handoff.
You'll be the technical lead on automation projects across a range of industries, owning the work from first conversation with the client to final sign-off. Day to day, that means developing control system architectures, writing PLC logic, building HMI/SCADA applications, and getting out in the field to make it all work. You'll also carry a meaningful role in business development — estimating projects, writing proposals, and helping shape how we win work.
