Lead the operations team to ensure merchandise is properly received, stocked, and merchandised according to planograms and standards. Partner with management to achieve EBITDA, sales, and margin goals while overseeing facility maintenance and loss prevention.
Requires 3+ years of retail or warehouse experience, a valid driver's license, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
