The Food Production Specialist handles production for deli, meat, seafood, bakery, and produce departments while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and product rotation. They also assist guests throughout the store to provide meal solutions and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.

Do you have a passion for production and enjoy working early shifts? If so, this may be the perfect job for you. We’re looking for team members who can work as our Production Specialists. You’ll be an ideal fit if you’re detailed-orientated, work well in teams, and make our guests your top priority.
To meet the needs of our stores, guests, and teams, this position requires the willingness to work a schedule of 3 am – 11 am with days off typically being Sunday and Wednesday of each week. The Fresh Market offers a shift differential between the hours of 12 am – 5 am of an additional $2.00 an hr. At times the needs may change and as a full-time team member, The Fresh Market has the expectation that you are able to meet the needs of our stores, guests, and teams, this position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
