The Deli Specialist ensures product freshness, merchandising accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards within the deli department. They are responsible for executing planograms, managing inventory rotation, and providing exceptional service to guests.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with at least one year of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays are required.

Do you have a passion for food? Are you committed to delivering an excellent experience for guests? As the Deli Specialist, you will provide deli department excellence, ensuring product freshness, merchandising accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards. This role embodies passion, excellence, hospitality, and teamwork, delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational integrity. You will support deli inventory accuracy, ensure rotation standards, and presentation, while supporting guest engagement and department readiness for promotions and seasonal events.
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
