The Operations Coordinator leads manufacturing operations to improve safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring orders are completed on time and within budget. They provide leadership to the production, warehouse, and logistics teams and drive organizational KPI results.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and at least 7 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or assembly. Candidates must be proficient in Lean/Six Sigma, ERP/PLM systems, and have strong communication skills in English.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
? 7 or more years’ experience in manufacturing, assembly in a leadership position or a combination of experience and education.
? Ability to identify and anticipate production and operation needs
? Expertise to recommend and implement solutions to production issues
? Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the company
? Must be organized, work well under pressure with tight deadlines
? Understand the industrial safety, health and environmental impacts and proactively address or elevate issues
? Must have strong people skills, and the ability and desire to promote teamwork and develop employees
? Ability to plan and implement improvements; experience with Lean/Six Sigma project delivery
? Must be able to communicate effectively in English both in oral and written form. Spanish is an advantage.
? Must be able to read and understand drawings and BOMs
? Gaming experience a benefit
? Experience with ERP, PLM systems & MS Office Suite
