The Education Lead plays a key role in maintaining Drybar’s high standards of service by focusing on stylist education, technical training, and team development. The Education Lead serves as a liaison between the shop leadership team and stylists, focusing on ensuring stylists consistently deliver exceptional client experiences while strengthening their technical skills and product knowledge.
