The Assistant Shop Manager partners closely with the Shop Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, and grow the business through strong performance, retail success, and community engagement.
This position is ideal for a licensed cosmetologist with leadership potential who enjoys coaching teams, building client relationships, and helping a business grow.
