Requires a high school diploma or GED and prior experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must possess mechanical aptitude and the ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.

Required
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality specifications.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as needed.
Preferred
• Experience operating extrusion, blow molding, winding, converting, or plastic manufacturing equipment.
• Experience performing machine setups and product changeovers.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Continuous Improvement practices.
Physical Requirements
• Frequently stand and walk throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Lift, push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Work around moving machinery and manufacturing equipment.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe footwear.
Work Environment
• Manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, heat, moving mechanical parts, and production equipment.
• Fast-paced environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
• May require mandatory overtime based on production demands.
