The Line Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production and packaging equipment to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards. They will perform autonomous maintenance, resolve operational issues, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives like TPM and 5S.
Candidates must hold a degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing. Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday is a mandatory requirement.

Realizar inspecciones, monitoreo y actividades de mantenimiento autónomo.
Identificar y resolver incidencias operativas utilizando herramientas de análisis de causa raíz.

Buscamos profesionales graduados de las carreras de Ingeniería Electromecánica, Mecánica, Electrónica o afines, con una sólida base técnica, orientación a la seguridad, enfoque en mejora continua y capacidad para operar y resolver problemas en líneas de producción altamente automatizadas. Será requisito excluyente contar con disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos. Valoraremos especialmente la experiencia en soplado PET, manejo de moldes y preformas, PLCs, sistemas de control y automatización industrial.
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en entornos de manufactura industrial, producción, envasado o packaging.
Experiencia operando equipos industriales y líneas de producción automatizadas.
Experiencia en procesos de soplado PET, manufactura de botellas y manejo de moldes y preformas.
Conocimiento de procesos de manufactura, producción y envasado industrial.
Experiencia en TPM, mantenimiento autónomo, mejora continua y análisis de causa raíz.
Conocimientos en seguridad industrial y aplicación de procedimientos LOTO.
Familiaridad con sistemas eléctricos, electrónicos y equipos automatizados.
Experiencia en diagnóstico y resolución de fallas en maquinaria de producción.
Conocimientos de PLC, sistemas de control, sensores y automatización industrial
Conocimientos básicos de mantenimiento mecánico y eléctrico.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos de lunes a sábado, rotando entre los horarios de 6:00 a 14:00 hs, 14:00 a 22:00 hs y 22:00 a 6:00 hs
