The role focuses on providing an exceptional guest experience through ticket and membership sales, visitor support, and retail operations. Responsibilities include managing visitor flow, handling inquiries, and maintaining the museum shop's sales floor.
Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in visitor services, retail, or call centers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work weekends and holidays are required.
The Visitor Engagement Associate is a key frontline role, ensuring an exceptional experience for all museum guests. This position involves ticket and membership sales, visitor support, tour assistance, and retail operations in the museum shop. The ideal candidate is a proactive, customer-focused professional who enjoys interacting with the public and enhancing their museum visit. This is a part time, union position with a three (3) day a week schedule of Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
