We are seeking dynamic, experienced professionals to join our team as we create an elevated dining experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in fine dining service & a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Position Summary

Our dishwashers are a vital part of our team. They are responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, glassware, and pots are clean and sanitized.

Duties & Responsibilities

Load, operate, and unload the dish machine according to proper procedures.
Monitor water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycles.
Follow sanitation guidelines set forth by the Health Department.
Follow weekly cleaning schedule to maintain the standard of the restaurant.
Keep the dish room clean and organized.
Remove trash and recycling and transport to designated areas.
Communicate with Chefs and Management about any maintenance concerns.
Clean all restroom facilities and other assigned areas before the restaurant is open to the public.
Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and all other surface areas.
Stock food, beverages and supplies as directed by the Chef.
Proper handling of food.
Ensure clean items are properly sorted, stored, and returned to service areas in a timely manner.
Support kitchen staff with basic prep, storage, labeling, and organization when needed.
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; restock tools and supplies for the next shift.
Maintain temperature logs; keep walk-in cooler/freezer organized.
All other duties assigned.

Physical Requirements

May be required to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs.
Must have the ability to bend, squat and lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. occasionally.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.
Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment, including, but not limited to, cutlery used in the cutting of fruit for garnishes.
