Lead a design team in the production and management of site development, public works infrastructure, and transportation projects. Responsible for project planning, execution, and maintaining strong client relationships and financial performance.
Requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas or the ability to obtain one within a year. Minimum of ten years of experience as a Civil Engineer with demonstrated leadership and expertise in municipal infrastructure design.
The Senior Project Manager will lead a design team and will be responsible for the production and management of design for a variety of public/private sector projects with an emphasis on site development but also including municipal public works infrastructure and transportation improvements projects. Managers are responsible for project planning, scheduling, and execution. They are also responsible for overseeing staff charged with the development and delivery of construction plans, studies, and designs for TNP’s municipal clients, as well as municipal consulting to a number of communities in the Fort Worth area. The Senior Project Manager position provides an excellent opportunity for personal & professional growth as well as the opportunity to have a leadership role in the growth and development of the design team to which they are assigned.
