We are seeking Divers to join our Central Operations crew, supporting bath operations on our sites from Nubeena to Dover in Southeast Tasmania. With the opportunity to dive during every shift in a safe environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for divers at any stage of their career—whether you’re just starting out or already have years of experience. What you’ll be doing
Net inspections: Regular examination of fishing nets to ensure they are in good condition, including identifying and repairing any damages or weaknesses.
Underwater repairs: Conducting repairs on equipment or structures beneath the water surface, including fish nets and other submerged infrastructure.
Mooring checks: Inspecting and maintaining mooring systems to ensure they remain secure and withstand environmental conditions.
General farm duties: Supporting overall farm operations such as feeding fish, maintaining equipment, cleaning, record-keeping, and other routine tasks.
What can you bring?
Minimum Certificate III in Aquaculture Dive or an ADAS Part 2 SSBA to 30 metres Commercial Dive qualification (or Equivalent)
Commitment to working in a marine farming environment
Strong communication skills
Coxswains Grade 2 ticket (desirable)
Full working rights in Australia (must be able to work 80 hours per fortnight)
