Candidates should possess a college degree or equivalent experience along with strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in PC tools like Excel and Outlook, combined with a detail-oriented and curious mindset, is required.

Search Specialist owns exceptional product knowledge and decides on listing the items on Target.com by scrutinizing guests perspective and act as a catalyst in increasing the basket size for our guest by optimizing findability of most relevant items for Guests’ Queries.
