Join our growing team at TheresAnAIForThat.com, an innovative platform dedicated to organizing and curating the ever-expanding universe of artificial intelligence tools. We are looking for a Junior Data Entry Specialist who is detail-oriented, organized and exceptionally fast when it comes to clicking and typing. If you’ve spent years gaming, developing fast reflexes, clicking speed and keyboard efficiency, you may already have many of the skills we’re looking for.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our offices on Calea Victoriei, Bucharest. The position is ideal for someone early in their career with no working experience required, who is excited to grow within a tech-driven environment and contribute meaningfully to a project that supports global AI discovery.

What You'll Do

• Accurately enter, update, and validate data related to AI tools across a wide range of categories.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness of data entries in our internal systems.

• Perform regular audits and data clean-ups to maintain database quality and integrity.

• Support general administrative tasks and documentation efforts as needed.

• Follow data privacy and security protocols in handling sensitive or proprietary information.

What We're Looking For

• Someone who works fast and accurately on a computer, the reflexes and habits built through gaming are a genuine advantage here.

• High typing speed, actions per minute (APM), and precision.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.

• Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets.

• Strong sense of organization, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment that encourages self-directed learning and continuous growth.

• Interest in or curiosity about AI and digital technologies is considered a bonus.
