The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, including team leadership, visual merchandising, and stock management. They are responsible for coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring the store meets its sales and operational goals.
The ideal candidate should be passionate, motivated, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in a team leader, key holder, or management role is considered advantageous.

Our Melbourne distribution centre keeps the tea moving. It’s the operational hub that sends tea, teawares and gifts to our stores and directly to tea lovers’ doors. With a team of 30, it’s a lively, hands-on environment where every parcel helps make someone’s day a little more delicious.
