At Synergeticon, we are shaping the future of industrial automation. We combine intelligent computer vision, AI, and robotics solutions with state-of-the-art data analytics and automation technology to make production and logistics processes more efficient. Our goal is to develop robust, flexible, and seamlessly integrated automation systems that reduce complexity in an intelligent way.


For nine years, we have been working with leading companies in the aviation and logistics industries. This also includes topics in the field of intelligent mobility. Our software solutions are based on computer vision, AI, 3D reconstruction, LLM technologies, and automation systems, which we integrate directly into industrial processes.


A central aspect of our projects is 3D reconstruction, where we use camera images to create digital 3D models and combine them with additional sensor data. This technology enables us to capture, analyze, and optimize production environments and processes in detail. Our solutions are used in production control, quality inspection, robotics, and digital production workflows.

Tasks


Your Mission


As Sales Manager, you will take operational responsibility for our sales process. You will identify and qualify customer opportunities, conduct initial discussions, understand customer needs, coordinate proposals, and ensure a smooth handover to project management.


You will not only build relationships, but also create structure: you will make our pipeline transparent, consistently follow up on opportunities, and ensure that customer interest turns into realistic, well-prepared projects. In doing so, you will make a significant contribution to Synergeticon’s scalable growth.


Your Responsibilities


Sales and Customer Acquisition



  • You identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.

  • You handle incoming customer inquiries and qualify leads.

  • You conduct initial discussions with prospects and existing customers.

  • You are willing to travel for business.

  • You understand customer needs, target visions, challenges, and decision-making structures.

  • You identify potential for software, AI, computer vision, and digitalization projects.

  • You build sustainable customer relationships and maintain them systematically.


Pipeline and Sales Management



  • You build a transparent sales and opportunity pipeline.

  • You maintain leads, opportunities, statuses, next steps, and closing probabilities.

  • You consistently follow up on open proposals and customer decisions.

  • You create regular pipeline and forecast overviews.

  • You contribute sales information to portfolio and capacity planning discussions.


Proposal Coordination



  • You coordinate the proposal process between the customer, project management, technical teams, operations, and management.

  • You ensure that requirements, assumptions, boundaries, and open points are clearly documented.

  • You involve the Technical Lead, project management, or management at the right time.

  • You prepare decision-making documents for proposal and order approvals.

  • You avoid unclear commitments and ensure realistic expectations on the customer side.


Handover to Project Management



  • You hand over qualified customer opportunities to project management in a structured manner.

  • You ensure that project managers receive all relevant information from the sales process.

  • You document customer objectives, the initial situation, previous commitments, open questions, risks, and next steps.

  • You support the interface between Sales and Project Management until the project clarification phase has been properly initiated.


Market and Customer Feedback



  • You systematically collect customer feedback and market signals.

  • You identify recurring needs and pass them on to Business Development, Product Management, and management.

  • You support the further development of our service portfolio from the customer’s perspective.


Requirements


What You Bring Professionally



  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the fields of software, IT services, AI, engineering, automation, or complex technical solutions that require explanation



  • Experience in qualifying customer needs and opportunities



  • Understanding of project-based business, proposal processes, and complex customer decision-making



  • Ability to communicate technical topics in an understandable way



  • Basic commercial understanding



  • Very good German skills and very good English skills
