The Salon Manager oversees all operational facets of the salon while providing leadership and tools to help staff grow their clientele. They are also responsible for performing a full range of hair care services and ensuring high guest service standards and profitability.
Candidates must possess a current cosmetology or barber license and a manager license as required by state regulations. They must be able to work a flexible schedule and possess the physical ability to stand for long periods and handle salon chemicals.
