The Field Services Representative manages the needs of broiler and breeder producers by implementing best practices and procedures. They are responsible for maintaining strong relationships with growers and addressing farm-level issues such as mortality and target weights.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills with a strong ability to influence others. Previous experience in the agricultural or poultry industry is considered an asset for this role.

\nTHE ROLE:
Field Services Representative is responsible for the needs of broiler and breeder producers. This position will work collaboratively with the Grower Production & Field Service Managers. They are responsible for implementing best practices and procedures, while following all company policies and procedures.
They are responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with our chicken and hatching egg growers and promoting Sunrise Farms within the grower communities.
