Act as the right hand to the Store Manager, overseeing daily operations, sales growth, and customer loyalty. Provide expert styling and fit advice to customers while representing the brand's core values.
Requires at least 2 years of retail experience and a proven track record in coaching teams. Candidates must be available for approximately 28 hours per week, including weekends, and possess a passion for fashion.
