Develop and optimize CNC programs using VCarve, Fusion 360, and AutoCAD to improve performance and cycle times. Manage the full machining process from interpreting blueprints and selecting tooling to setting up machines and proving out first articles.
Requires 2-5+ years of CNC programming experience with proficiency in CAD/CAM software and a strong understanding of G-code. Candidates must be able to read technical drawings and have experience with machine setup and operation.

Stratus Industries is seeking a CNC Programmer with a strong focus on programming, toolpath strategy, and
process optimization. This role is responsible for developing and refining CNC programs using VCarve, Fusion
360, and AutoCAD, while also supporting setup and operation as needed. We’re looking for someone who understands the full machining process and takes ownership from programming through production. This is not an operator-only position.
