DESCRIPTION DE POSTE
· Manœuvrer de façon sécuritaire les palans et autres outils de levage, conformément à la formation donnée par un formateur certifié. Nous vous formons au travail!!!
· Charger, décharger et déplacer des produits et des matériaux, de l’outillage et de l’équipement manuellement ou à l'aide d'accessoires de manutention sous la supervision d’un opérateur.
· Faire la formation Qualité Locweld : Lecture et interprétation de Nesting, dessin, procédure d’inspection de la première pièce, etc.
· Au besoin, assister le chef d’équipe de la cour et/ou l’homme de cour dans l’exécution quotidienne de leurs tâches.
· Saisir l’information de production dans le système informatique.
· Apprendre les opérations reliées à une machine de tête sous la supervision d’un opérateur, si le chef d’équipe juge que la personne en a les compétences.
· Effectuer des opérations secondaires sur différentes machines ou dans différents départements selon les priorités établies sous la supervision d’un opérateur.
· Utiliser des outils manuels tels que meule rotative, perceuse, poinçonneuse, etc. pour les tâches de finition demandées.
· Respecter en tout temps la procédure d’inspection de la première pièce.
· S’assurer que le formulaire de production quotidien est adéquatement rempli.
· Effectuer toutes tâches de nettoyage des espaces de travail.
· Organiser son travail pour remplir les objectifs journaliers.
· Respecter en tout temps les diverses procédures et politiques mises en place par l’organisation (ISO, SST, DMS, LEAN).
· Effectuer toutes tâches connexes ou conformes à ses capacités à la demande d’un supérieur.
