The role focuses on maintaining a high-standard office environment and managing day-to-day operations, including supplies and vendor coordination. Additionally, the administrator drives internal culture through event planning, employee engagement initiatives, and HR administrative support.

You’ll work hands-on across office operations, HR administration, internal communication and event planning. You will play a key role in shaping the everyday experience at Steamery, making sure our workplace not only functions efficiently but is also a place where people genuinely enjoy being.
This is a broad, service-oriented role where attention to detail, initiative and a positive mindset are key.
· Take responsibility for keeping our office at a high standard — organized, tidy and aligned with our brand
· Plan and run internal and external events that bring energy to the team and strengthen our culture
· Drive and coordinate internal engagement initiatives and employee activities
· Manage office supplies, food purchases and weekly Monday breakfasts
· Support internal communication and help keep the organization aligned and informed
· Handle practical office operations such as keys, access, safety routines and vendor coordination
· Support HR with administrative tasks (e.g. onboarding coordination, documentation and employee-related admin)
· Provide administrative and coordination support in various tasks and projects when needed
· Act as the go-to person for day-to-day office support and assist teams where needed
· Handle incoming mail and packages
· Have some experience from similar administrative or service-oriented roles
· Are structured, proactive and take initiative
· Enjoy working with both practical tasks and administration
· Thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
· Have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
· Are solution-oriented and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
· Are social, positive and enjoy contributing to a great team atmosphere
You are a hands-on and service-minded person who enjoys creating structure and making things work smoothly for others. You take pride in maintaining a high standard and have an eye for detail — you notice what’s missing and take action before being asked.
