PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Resolve patient and insurance credit balances
Recoupment requests
Prepare refund requests and documentation
Reconcile refunds
Interact with Cash Management Supervisor when credit balance issues occur
Compile information and prepare reports

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED

EXPERIENCE:

One year of medical billing experience with demonstrated initiative and self-direction.
