What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and facility-related issues.
- Maintain equipment to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential problems before they become major repairs.
- Assist with repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, overhead doors, dock equipment, and other building infrastructure.
- Accurately document repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment service records.
- Support OSHA compliance and workplace safety initiatives by participating in safety inspections, drills, and audits.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments to quickly resolve maintenance issues.
- Assist with janitorial and facility upkeep responsibilities as needed.
- Help maintain an organized inventory of maintenance tools, supplies, and spare parts.
- Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical diagnostics (required).
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Experience performing preventative maintenance programs.
- Ability to read and maintain maintenance records and documentation.
- Experience working with outside contractors is a plus.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical school, vocational training, or maintenance certification preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, squat, and climb throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in both indoor manufacturing environments and outdoors when necessary.
