The role involves providing medical scribing services and acting as an EHR subject matter expert to optimize workflows and troubleshoot issues. You will also conduct training and support clinical staff in the effective use of the Epic EHR system.
Candidates must have prior experience scribing with Epic EHR and a bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong computer proficiency and excellent communication skills are required to interact with diverse end-users.
