Full-time | $18-21/hr + bonus and commission

Looking for an Assistant Manager role where you can grow your leadership career? SpeedWash is hiring a motivated Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, coach and develop team members, deliver excellent customer service, drive sales performance, manage labor and scheduling, support employee training, improve site performance, and keep the location running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-volume, customer-first environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with retail, restaurant, hospitality, automotive, customer service, or operations experience who want to build a long-term career in management.

  • Pay: $18-21/hour + performance bonus and commission (bonus based on site and individual performance)
  • Hours: Full-time (~40 hours/week)

What you’ll do
  • Lead day-to-day shift execution: customer experience, speed, safety, and cleanliness
  • Coach, train, and motivate teammates using clear expectations and feedback
  • Drive membership and retail performance through great service and sales leadership
  • Learn operational fundamentals: preventative maintenance, checklist routines, quality checks, basic KPI tracking, and labor awareness
  • Resolve customer concerns and model exceptional customer service standards in a fast-moving environment
  • Work outdoors and stay active while maintaining a professional, positive attitude

What you’ll need
  • Open availability including weekends; reliable attendance is a must
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and being on your feet throughout the shift
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Confidence taking ownership and leading by example
  • Leadership/retail/service experience is a plus (not required—we train)
  • Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and work around moving vehicles
  • Valid driver’s license
