Manage the front desk operations including patient check-in, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification. Handle financial transactions such as collecting copays and deductibles while maintaining a welcoming environment for patients.
A positive, customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn are the primary requirements. Previous experience in the medical field or ophthalmology is preferred but not required as training is provided.
