Join us as an employee! Location: Mt Hutton, Charlestown, Tuggerah, NSW! Employment Type: Full Time - Part Time Salary: Base Salary + Weekend Bonus + Annual Bonus
As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you’ll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.
In this role, you’ll be working across our Mt Hutton, Charlestown and Tuggerah stores, offering variety and diversity while playing a vital role in expanding access to quality hearing care across multiple local communities.
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a strong preference for candidates able to work full-time across all three locations. For full-time roles, the preferred roster is Tuesday to Saturday, with the option of a weekly or fortnightly schedule.
We encourage applications from anyone interested in these locations, even if full-time hours or Saturday work aren’t suitable. There is flexibility to discuss alternate options and locations tailored to you!

Skills & Experience:
In addition to your Qualified Practitioner number, the successful candidate will possess;
Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids
Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
