The Sales Advisor is responsible for converting sales, achieving targets, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors. They also handle administrative tasks, including contract management, payment reconciliation, and site maintenance.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a good level of numeracy, and a self-motivated attitude. The ability to thrive in a team environment and a willingness to work weekends and bank holidays are essential.
Sales Advisors are central to everything we do at Space Station. You’re our friendly face, providing the information our customers need. You also promote the store within local communities and to businesses.
This role is full-time, working 5 days out of 7, with some weekend and bank holiday working.

Excellent communication skills and loves talking to customers
A good level of numeracy and self-motivation
Convert sales and help customers make informed decisions
Achieve sales targets by maximising sales opportunities
Provide outstanding customer service, always keeping our values in mind
Handle new enquiries, complete contracts and chase debts
Liaise with the removals contractor when required, use the removals calendar
Take pride in the site and maintaining excellent standards
Reconcile cash, credit card, Direct Debit and BACS payments
