Serve as the front-line representative by assisting customers with parking technology enrollment and providing professional service. Maintain facility operations through lot patrolling, issuing violations, and performing general cleaning and basic vehicle maintenance.
Requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with a preference for high school diploma or GED. Candidates must be physically able to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

As a Mobility Specialist Driver, you are the front-line representative of Metropolis Parking, serving as the face of our technology-driven parking experience. You will assist customers in navigating and enrolling in Metropolis’ parking technology while delivering courteous, professional service. This role requires stamina, attention to detail, and a strong customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Mobility Specialists Drivers also play a key role in ensuring compliance with parking policies, maintaining lot and garage conditions, and supporting the overall operations of Metropolis facilities. As we continue to expand our technology platform, this position offers strong growth potential for high-performing team members.
