Perform precision welding and fabrication of trailers while ensuring all products meet industry quality and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and maintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S principles.
Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 300 hours of welding experience, with a valid blue book or journeyperson ticket. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 40lbs and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Southland Trailers is looking for a Welder to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll work with precision and skill to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll be a key part of our production process, using cutting-edge tools and techniques to bring our trailers to life.
