The Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising maintenance personnel, training staff, and designing plant systems. They will also execute preventative maintenance programs while ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of maintenance and leadership experience, along with an Associate's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. The role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and proficiency in various industrial mechanical and electrical systems.
Head Plant Maintenance Multi Craft Technician / Engineer opportunity with a family-owned regional company who has been growing successfully since 1934. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of at least 3-5 years plant maintenance and leadership experience. Candidate must have the ability to communicate with all levels of management, manage and support engineering teams and believe in well-defined preventative maintenance programs. Must have the ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds. Flexibility in schedule required.
