  • Manage user access, permissions, and provisioning across SBRA-managed platforms, in coordination with Global IT
  • Manage external user access for contractors and agency partners across relevant platforms
  • Coordinate with our Global IT team in Japan for escalations, globally managed systems, and security issues
  • Maintain IT documentation including SOPs, asset inventory, tool inventory, and architecture diagrams
  • Manage vendor relationships including renewals, license optimization, and cost controls
  • Partner with Finance on IT budget management, vendor invoices, and expense reporting
  • Partner with Product & Engineering on process improvements and light automation work

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations
  • Strong experience supporting Mac environments with some PC exposure
  • Familiarity with identity and access management platforms
  • Experience administering and configuring SaaS tools across a distributed workforce
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and networking
  • Proven ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and SaaS contracts
  • Experience collaborating with global or remote IT teams
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach
  • Proven ability to operate independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations

  • Interest in how AI and automation can improve internal operations
  • Experience as a sole IT resource in a fast-moving environment

  • Onboarding and offboarding are smooth, well-documented, and repeatable
  • Core IT processes are maintained, improved upon, and increasingly self-sufficient
  • The internal tool stack is well-maintained, cost-efficient, and up to date

Benefits

We offer a highly competitive benefits package that includes:

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
