Lead geotechnical instrumentation monitoring, data collection, and regular inspections of active and inactive structures. Coordinate with the Engineer-of-Record to ensure compliance and quality assurance for tailings embankments and ore leach stockpiles.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3 years of experience or a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering with 2 years of experience. Must possess strong communication skills and knowledge of civil, geologic, or geotechnical engineering principles.

Employees who are required to work on-site are eligible for a $1,450 monthly housing allowance, provided they meet program guidelines.

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $93,000-$127,500. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
