Operate heavy equipment such as haul trucks, dozers, and loaders to support mining production and surface maintenance. Perform pre-shift equipment inspections, communicate via radio, and adhere to all safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
Requires at least three months of experience in mining, industrial, construction, landscaping, or agricultural operations. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English and pass all required training, testing, and medical exams.

Climax Molybdenum is the world’s leading producer of molybdenum and has a long, successful history of doing business safely, efficiently and responsibly. Employees who are required to work on-site are eligible for a $1,450 monthly housing allowance, provided they meet program guidelines.

What You Bring To Freeport
The estimated pay range for this role is currently $22.00 - $29.50/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
