Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Account Manager is responsible for managing licensee accounts, including generating invoices, processing payments, and reducing Entandem’s accounts receivable in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role provides a high level of support to licensees while contributing to individual, team, and departmental targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the achievement of the department’s annual budget by managing and reducing total accounts receivable.
Meet established individual quarterly targets.
Initiate collection calls with licensees in advance of reporting and payment deadlines.
Generate invoices and apply payments to licensee accounts.
Conduct outbound accounts receivable calls with existing licensees.
Receive and resolve inbound calls from licensees.
Complete detailed accounts receivable data entry, including verifying, recording, updating, and processing customer applications, invoices, documents, payments, and account records in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Manage and maintain licensee accounts, including documenting all account-related contacts and correspondence.
Address and resolve licensee complaints.
Review, analyze, and prioritize monthly accounts receivable reports, as required.
Escalate accounts when appropriate and in accordance with established procedures.
Support Entandem’s External Unit through collaboration and guidance.
Participate in team and departmental projects and meetings.
Perform other duties as required.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Strong internet navigation and research skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
