The Account Manager is responsible for managing licensee accounts, generating invoices, and processing payments to reduce accounts receivable. They also provide support to licensees, resolve complaints, and collaborate with the team to meet departmental targets.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Account Manager is responsible for managing licensee accounts, including generating invoices, processing payments, and reducing Entandem’s accounts receivable in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role provides a high level of support to licensees while contributing to individual, team, and departmental targets.
