The Color Burst Lacquer painter is responsible for hand spraying guitars to meet company finishing standards and color specifications. They must also maintain a clean, contamination-free paint booth and ensure all equipment is properly serviced and compliant with safety protocols.
Candidates must have prior experience with E-stat sprayers and possess strong attention to detail. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and capable of performing physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting guitars.
