The Agile Coordinator manages the operational backbone of the Product team by facilitating ceremonies and maintaining a prioritized backlog. They also act as the primary intake point for requests from Client Services and Sales to ensure proper prioritization.
Candidates need 1 to 3 years of experience in agile delivery or project coordination and proficiency with Jira. A bachelor's degree is required, and a Scrum certification is considered a plus.

About the role:
Smooth Commerce is looking for an Agile Coordinator to run the operational backbone of our Product team. You will own the day-to-day agile process: facilitating ceremonies, keeping the backlog clean and prioritized, tracking sprint metrics, and reporting status to leadership. You will also act as the intake point between Client Services, Sales, and Product, making sure incoming requests are captured, contextualized, and surfaced for prioritization.
This is a hands-on coordination role for someone organized, communicative, and comfortable working across both technical and commercial teams. It is an excellent entry point into agile delivery, with a clear path to grow into a Coordinator, Technical Product Manager, or Product Manager track as the company scales.
