The Flooring Specialist will provide training and mentorship to aspiring estimators and construction professionals. They will independently deliver educational content and share subject matter expertise regarding flooring systems and estimating practices.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the flooring trade with strong knowledge of U.S. construction standards and workflows. Prior experience in a training or mentoring capacity is required, along with proficiency in estimating software and blueprint reading.
