Manage the full lifecycle of cardiac monitoring devices, including packing, shipping, and tracking inventory. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and clinics to resolve shipping issues and provide basic device support.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and the physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects. Previous experience in shipping or customer service, particularly within a healthcare or regulated environment, is preferred.
