Responsibilities

The role focuses on actively prospecting and acquiring new B2B corporate accounts to expand the market presence. It involves managing the full sales cycle from initial contact and consultative proposal development to final contract negotiation and closing.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a strong 'hunter' profile and the ability to engage with C-level executives. Native fluency in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English are required.

🚀 Responsabilidades principais da função:

  • Prospeção e Angariação: Identificar, mapear e angariar ativamente novas contas corporativas (B2B), com foco total na abertura de novas portas no mercado.
  • Gestão do Ciclo de Venda: Gerir o ciclo completo de venda de forma autónoma, desde o primeiro contacto (cold calling/mailing, reuniões estratégicas) até à negociação e fecho final de contratos.
  • Venda Consultiva: Desenvolver e apresentar propostas e soluções personalizadas que respondam de forma eficaz às necessidades específicas de cada cliente.
  • Gestão de Pipeline: Gerir o pipeline de vendas de forma autónoma e estratégica, garantindo uma forte orientação para resultados e crescimento contínuo.
  • Colaboração Interna: Colaborar de perto com as equipas internas para garantir o alinhamento estratégico, a excelência e o sucesso na entrega do serviço ao cliente.

👤 Quem procuramos?

Uma pessoa resiliente, autónoma, dinâmica e com uma paixão inabalável por fechar novos negócios, motivada a contribuir com uma abordagem comercial de excelência.

  • Experiência Comprovada: Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência comprovada em vendas B2B e no fecho de contratos comerciais de relevo.
  • Perfil Hunter: Forte orientação para objetivos, prospecção ativa e capacidade de interlocução com perfis C-Level (Decisores).
  • Skills de Negociação: Excelência em negociação consultiva, resiliência e forte foco na resolução de desafios.
  • Idiomas: Domínio absoluto da Língua Portuguesa (nativo) e nível avançado da Língua Inglesa (conversação e escrita).

Competências Valorizadas (Preferencial):

  • Posse de carteira de clientes ou rede de contactos (networking) já ativa no mercado corporativo.
