Sales representatives are responsible for discovering customer sleep needs and matching them with appropriate products to drive sales goals. They also maintain a polished showroom environment and proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of retail or customer-facing experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends are required.
